What Does This Taste Like?
An aromatic meat curry with a spiciness level that will give you that ‘kick’ you’re looking for. Rich with spices and plenty of heat to make both your mouth and eyes water.

Health Benefits
1. Chillies contain capsaicin that are often used for its analgesic properties and may help with weight loss. Chillies are also antioxidants and helps to boost immunity.
2. Fennel seeds contain high amounts of manganese, potassium, magnesium and calcium which are essential for bone health.
3. Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory ingredient and a highly effective antioxidant. Usage Directions
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients as follows:
  • 1 kg skinless chicken (or beef) cut into small pieces
  • 6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 30g freshly crushed ginger
  • 1 big onion, roughly chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 sachet Signature Market Meat Curry Powder
  • 2 potatoes cut into wedges or however you prefer
  • 2 ripe tomatoes quartered
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves
2. Heat the pan and pour oil into pan.
3. Add garlic, ginger, onion and curry leaves into pan and fry till light brown and the ingredients release their aroma.
4. Add Signature Market Meat Curry Powder and stir until mixture is lightly browned/toasted.
5. Add chicken, potatoes, green chillies, tomatoes.
6. Stir until fragrant then add water.
7. Turn the heat down and simmer until potatoes and chicken become tender.
8. Add coconut milk, coriander leaves, salt to taste.
9. Continue stirring until the curry is ready.>br> 10. Serve hot.
